The horse market area, within 2 hours driving time, includes more than 30,000 farms, ranches and boarding barns that provide homes for more than 150,000 horses. Horse owners in this area buy, sell and trade more than 15,000 horses each year. Livestock producers in this region also market major quantities of sheep and goats.
